In our busy lives we need to make time to relax, to breathe, to meditate, to revive and amplify our natural magic. Baths soothe your mind, and ease stress and anxiety—which make them useful for meditation, or before sleep.

Every human knows in their core that water is absolutely essential for life, and thus should be respected. Taking a bath can be seen as a form of honor towards water, a return to Source, and genuine self-care.
I use high quality epsom salt, and organic herbs: lavender, calendula, and rose. This bath mix comes in two sizes, small (2 ounces, good for one bath) or large (2 cups, good for 4 baths).
